In order to begin the process for a loan request, simply give us a call or send us an email. Be sure to include details about the loan request and value of the collateral. If in the initial consultation we determine the loan request falls within our requirements, we will send a detailed application and request any supplemental materials. If the loan meets Texas Asset Lender’s loan requirements, we will issue a Term Sheet. Upon return of a signed Term Sheet, we will commence our underwriting process, usually up to 10 business days. Once underwriting is complete, we will prepare loan documents for closing.
